1. Name, address, and email address.
2. What you are currently writing: A novel, short stories, essays, memoir, or something in between.
3. Which teacher you prefer to work with (both Susan and Kerry-Lee are offering mix-genre classes), or if you want us to surprise you!
4. A bio.
5. What you hope to accomplish by attending Out of the Castle.
5. If you need any particular accommodations during your stay.
6. Attach a sample of your work, up to 15 pages.(doc., docx., pdf)
